Requirements for the Role:

A minimum of 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in the commercial refrigeration field.

Possession of an EPA Universal certification is mandatory.

Prior experience working with walk-in freezers/coolers, reach-in units, and ice machines is highly desirable.

Familiarity with brands such as Scotsman, Manitowoc, Hoshizaki, Beverage Air, Heatcraft, True, and Kolpak is preferred.

Annual salary ranging from $70,000.00 to $100,000.00.

Core Duties and Expectations:

Travel directly from your residence to various commercial locations to troubleshoot, fix, and maintain refrigeration systems, ensuring optimal equipment performance.

Perform maintenance and repairs on essential cooling hardware, including walk-in units, reach-ins, and ice machines.

Ensure all necessary parts and inventory are acquired in alignment with company protocols to support efficient service delivery.

Maintain equipment longevity by cleaning components and replacing worn parts like bearings, gears, shafts, and pulleys to keep systems running smoothly.

Provide status updates to the main office upon completion of each assignment, typically managing 3 to 4 service calls daily.

Attend mandatory team meetings held at the shop every Monday morning.
