Estimator / Sales Assistant (Cabinetry)
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Occasional early mornings or late evenings as needed)
Location: Savannah, GA
Minimum 2 Years Experience in Cabinetry Estimating, Cabinet Sales, or Kitchen & Bath Design Required
Kudzu Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Estimator / Sales Assistant to fill an opening with a custom cabinetry company in Savannah, GA. This position is ideal for someone with previous cabinet industry experience who enjoys working with clients, preparing estimates, and managing projects from initial consultation through final completion.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable working with numbers and detailed measurements, and enjoy providing outstanding customer service throughout the entire sales and project process.
Requirements of the Estimator / Sales Assistant
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cabinetry, cabinet sales, estimating, kitchen and bath design, or a related field required
- Previous cabinet industry experience is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong command of the English language
- Comfortable communicating with clients in person, by phone, text message, and email
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to prepare estimates, revisions, and change orders accurately
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Experience with estimating software or cabinet design software is a plus

Responsibilities of the Estimator / Sales Assistant
- Prepare initial estimates, revisions, final estimates, and change orders
- Communicate with clients throughout the sales and project process
- Coordinate project details through phone calls, emails, text messages, and in-person meetings
- Obtain specifications for appliances, plumbing fixtures, crown molding, casing, and baseboards
- Assist clients with cabinet door style selections and finish options
- Coordinate paint color selections and sample requests
- Deliver samples and assist clients with product selections
- Order semi-custom cabinetry components and accessories
- Process warranty claims with manufacturers
- Coordinate crown molding quantities and delivery logistics
- Maintain organized customer files and project documentation
- Assist customers with hardware selections and placement meetings
- Participate in client follow-up activities
- Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring projects remain on schedule
- Work closely with internal team members, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure successful project completion

- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Occasional early mornings or late evenings may be required based on project schedules
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
