Pear Bloom Farm (Garden Coffee/Beverage Bar) – Hood River, Oregon
Pear Bloom Farm is looking for an energetic and hospitality-focused Barista & Customer Service Associate to serve guests at our garden coffee/bev bar while helping create a welcoming farm experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
- Provide warm, attentive customer service to farm visitors
- Operate Square POS for beverage and retail sales
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and seating areas
- Assist guests with information about the farm, events, and U-Pick experiences
- Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties
Qualifications
- Previous barista, food service, or customer service experience preferred
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable handling food and beverages while maintaining cleanliness standards
- Weekend availability required
