Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Data Measurement Analyst to join our innovative data team. Responsibilities
- Develop and refine data measurement strategies aligned with business objectives, utilizing tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and other business intelligence platforms.
- Manage end-to-end data collection processes, including ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) workflows using tools like Informatica, Talend, or custom Python scripts to ensure seamless data integration from multiple sources.
- Design and optimize database systems and data warehouses using SQL, Oracle, or similar database management systems to support large-scale big data initiatives.
- Monitor and improve data quality through ongoing validation, cleansing procedures, and implementation of data governance standards to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including project managers, analysts, and IT—to deliver projects within Agile frameworks while maintaining clear communication on project scope and timelines.
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis using advanced analytics tools to generate actionable insights that influence business strategies.
- Lead efforts in master data management (MDM), information governance, and regulatory compliance management to uphold organizational standards for data security and privacy.
Experience
- Proven experience working with database systems such as SQL databases, Oracle, or similar platforms in a data management or analytics role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL programming for querying large datasets efficiently; familiarity with database design principles is essential.
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools like Informatica or Talend; ability to develop complex workflows for large-scale data processing.
- Demonstrated knowledge of big data technologies and frameworks such as Hadoop or Spark is a plus.
- Expertise in business intelligence tools including Tableau or Power BI for creating interactive dashboards and reports.
- Familiarity with Python programming for automation, data analysis, or custom ETL processes is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of regulatory compliance standards related to data privacy and security; experience managing information governance initiatives preferred.
- Excellent analysis skills combined with strong cross-functional communication abilities to translate technical insights into strategic recommendations.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within an Agile environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $66,232.87 - $79,764.31 per year
