In this role, you will be working as a Customer Service Representative for a client that works in the manufacturing industry. This position will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients.
This position is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site.
Pay; $55,000-$60,000/Yr.
- High school diploma; Associates or Bachelors preferred
- 2+ years of experience in customer service preferably in manufacturing (Defense/aerospace ideal)
- Serve as primary point of contact for commercial or military clients - able to manage inquires, orders and support requests
- Able to handle RFQs, RFPs and contract review processes
- Coordinate with internal departments
- Monitor order status and communicate updates
- Familiar with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar) and MS office suite
- Knowledge of military standards is a plus - ITAR, AS9100, ISO 9001
