Responsibilities
Loading and unloading of inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers including the management of shipping documents and records
Assemble and install computer hardware, server components, and cabling following detailed schematics and diagrams
Perform quality inspections on materials, verifying part numbers, quantities, and component condition
Conduct inventory cycle counts and track spare parts, PPE, and departmental supplies in warehouse management systems (WMS)
Process returns and ensure accurate documentation and data entry in Excel and other internal tools
Use laser measuring tools and precision instruments to align and position server racks
Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, straddle stackers, rack movers) safely and efficiently
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for builds, documentation, and safety compliance
Collaborate with logistics and build teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality in all processes
Support other departments as needed through cross-training and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in data center operations, IT hardware assembly, electronics production, inventory control, high-volume logistics, or similar manufacturing or production environment
Proficient with basic computer applications and inventory systems (SAP, WMS, or similar)
Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and technical skills
Basic computer skills (data entry, email, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace)
Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and basic diagrams
Strong attention to detail, organization, and reliability
Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Reliable transportation to the worksite
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Must pass a national background check (no felonies ever; no misdemeanors in the last 7 years)
Must pass a federal compliant drug screening
Pay
$21.00 per hour
Schedule
Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Must be willing and available to work overtime as needed
