Job Posting: Professional Cleaning Independent Contractor
Location: Coloma, MI
Job Description: We are seeking a professional cleaning contractor to take on a common area cleaning contract in the Coloma, MI area. This job involves weekly cleaning of common area bathrooms, breakrooms, office space, and conference rooms at a manufacturing plant. The scope of work includes vacuuming, mopping, dusting, disinfecting toilets, bathrooms sinks, bathroom mirrors, replacing toilet paper and soap in dispensers, pulling/replacing trash bags, and wiping down all surfaces.
Contract Details:
- Primary Contract: Weekly common area surface cleaning
- Time Requirement: 16.5 hours per week for one person, split up into 3 days. Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 2:00pm-7:30pm each day.
- Payment: $412.50 per week
- Hourly Rate: $25 per hour.
- Payment Method: Weekly direct deposit.
- Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor.
Requirements:
- Only applicants with PROFESSIONAL CLEANING EXPERIENCE are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled cleanings of apartments as per contract specifications.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained at all times.
- Communicate effectively with property management to address any specific cleaning needs or issues.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a cleaning contractor, particularly in commercial or residential settings.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
- Reliable transportation.
