About the Opportunity:
We are hiring two Lead Early Childhood Teachers for our toddler program.
Lead Teacher – Toddler (18 months–2 years)
Lead our established Toddler classroom, helping children build confidence, independence, language, and social-emotional skills through engaging, developmentally appropriate experiences.
Lead Teacher – Toddler 2 (2–3 years)
Help launch our brand-new Toddler 2 classroom serving children ages 2–3 as they prepare to transition into preschool. This is a unique opportunity to help establish classroom routines, organize the learning environment, develop curriculum, and shape a new classroom community while working closely with our preschool team to support children's successful transition into preschool.

Position Details:
- Full-time
- Monday-Friday
- Start Date: August 24, 2026
- Planning Week (August 24-28) is dedicated to classroom setup, curriculum planning, collaboration, and professional development.
- Children begin the school year on Monday, August 31, 2026
- Starting pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour, based on education, qualifications, and experience
As a Lead Early Childhood Teacher, you will:
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment where children feel supported and encouraged to explore.
- Lead and mentor classroom staff while fostering a positive, collaborative team culture.
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with the New Hampshire Early Learning Standards.
- Build strong partnerships with families through open communication and collaboration.
- Observe, assess, and document children's growth and development.
- Maintain compliance with New Hampshire Child Care Licensing requirements and Woodside policies.
- Work closely with fellow teachers and administration to provide high-quality early childhood education.
Qualifications: Candidates must meet New Hampshire Lead Teacher qualifications.
