Hours of Work: Full Time, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

JOB SUMMARY
Execute mortgage servicing collections and loss mitigation functions, critical to helping homeowner’s stay in their homes. Ensure strong focus on accuracy, full accountability for each step of the process, consistently meeting deadlines while maintaining strict compliance with all federal, state, and agency regulations, as well as banking and government guidelines.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
· Provide outstanding customer service to borrowers and internal bank employees.
· Make outbound collection calls and follow-up calls as needed.
· Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports as necessary for management review.
· Complete monthly default status to Investors and Insurers.
· Process past due payments.
· Maintain secure records of confidential information in an organized fashion.
· Review and decision borrower response packets when submitted for workout.
· Process workouts, for example, loan modifications, forbearances, repayment plans, as well as short sales and mortgage releases.
· Complete special projects as requested by management.
· Responsible for maintaining banking and departmental policies and procedures.
· Regular work schedule with a level of flexibility based on demand.
· Other responsibilities as assigned.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Work Direction: This position reports to the Mortgage Home Solutions Manager
Supervision: This position has no supervisory responsibilities
Work Schedule: This is a full-time position. Typical hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required depending on workload, volume or project demands, as approved by management.
* Applicants must be able to fulfill entire shift on each day for consideration. This is not a temporary position.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
o Prior banking and/or mortgage experience beneficial
o Some experience with Microsoft Office Product
