Project Manager

Our client, a large construction management firm located in Wilmington, Delaware, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team. This firm specializes in the development of multifamily, hotel, retail and office, ground up construction. This engineer will work with and will be extensively supported by superintendents and project managers, to gain field and project management operations experience in all phases of this commercial construction.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architectural engineering, civil engineering, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering
4-7 years of experience with a commercial general contractor
- Previous project management experience
- Ground up construction project experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have excellent time management skills and ability to work independently
- Must be detail oriented and be accurate in composing and proofing materials
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional demeanor, with a passion for the construction industry
