Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and restocking supplies as needed.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate cash handling and adherence to financial procedures.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to facilitate smooth operations during busy periods.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess any required certifications related to food safety or alcohol service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
