We’re seeking a dynamic Hardscape & Pressure Washing Experienced Foreman to bring energy, precision, and expertise to our hardscaping and exterior patio cleaning projects. In this role, you’ll have a pivotal role in creating and maintaining hardscape features—such as patios, walkways, retaining walls—and delivering top-tier pressure washing services that revitalize surfaces and enhance curb appeal. Duties
- Execute installation and repair of hardscape elements including pavers, stonework, retaining walls, and decorative features with attention to detail and quality standards
- Operate pressure washing equipment safely and effectively to clean surfaces like patios, walkways, sitting walls, driveways
- Prepare work sites by clearing debris, setting up equipment, and ensuring safety protocols are followed throughout each project
- Assess project requirements on-site, communicate with team members and clients to ensure expectations are met or exceeded
- Maintain all tools and equipment in excellent condition through regular inspections and proper care
- Complete project documentation including work logs, before-and-after photos, and client reports for seamless project tracking
- Follow safety procedures diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment at all times
Qualifications
- Prior experience in hardscape installation or pressure washing services is highly preferred; willingness to learn is valued!
- Ability to operate pressure washers, power tools, and related equipment confidently and safely
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on craftsmanship and surface quality
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; capable of lifting heavy materials when needed
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and interacting professionally with clients
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is a plus; willingness to travel locally for projects, Ability to drive with a trailer!!
- Basic knowledge of safety standards related to power tools and outdoor maintenance

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
