Summary
As a Warehouse Technician at TPI, LLC, you will be an integral part of our operations team, responsible for managing the inventory of pre-owned technology products. This role is essential in supporting our mission to deliver exceptional value to our customers through efficient warehouse management and technical support.
Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming technology products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse for easy access and tracking.
- Assist in the preparation of products for shipment to customers.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues.
- Provide technical support for warehouse operations, including troubleshooting hardware issues.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse processes and improve efficiency.
- Utilize inventory management software to track stock levels and manage orders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices within the warehouse.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a warehouse or technical support role, preferably in technology or electronics.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with LAN setups and basic networking protocols.
- Experience with technical support processes and help desk operations.
- Ability to use inventory management software effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to work collaboratively within a team.
