We’re growing and looking to add reliable, hardworking team members to our crew.
Two Step Site Services is an erosion control and hydromulch company supporting commercial construction projects across DFW and East Texas. The Crew Member Role will be a support role and a vital team player for commercial job sites.
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to work on active commercial job sites
Crew Member:
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience towing trailers and operating equipment is a plus
- Team player mindset – responsible for assisting the crew, completing all tasks assigned by the driver or foreman, and goal oriented toward job execution
