Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented BOH (Back of House) Supervisor to lead our kitchen team. In this role, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure food quality and safety standards are met, and support staff training and development. The ideal candidate is passionate about food service management, possesses strong leadership skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure consistency and quality.
- Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular audits, and coordinating with suppliers for timely replenishment.
- Oversee food safety practices and sanitation procedures in compliance with health regulations.
- Train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff to uphold company standards and improve performance.
- Coordinate with front-of-house team to ensure seamless service during shifts and special events like banquets or catering.
- Assist in shift management by organizing schedules, delegating tasks, and ensuring efficient workflow.
Skills
- Proven supervising or management experience within a quick service or fast food restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and develop team members effectively.
- Familiarity with inventory control, budgeting, and food cost management.
- Exceptional customer service skills to support a positive dining experience for guests.
