Legacy Route Logistics LLC is looking for enthusiastic, dependable team players to join our growing team in West Deptford, NJ. DSP Dispatch Fleet Managers to take full ownership of our fleet operations and help us maintain the reliability our clients count on. We are offering full-time opportunities. We are looking for reliable, independent, hard-working team players who pay attention to detail, communicate professionally, solve problems quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for team members who desire to grow with the company. Military Veterans are welcome! Commercial, DOT, CDL (or work-related) driving experience is a plus, but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Track fleet availability daily; report status weekly
- Set and maintain the preventive maintenance (PM) schedule
- Ensure driver readiness; manage yard and parking operations
- Maintain DOT/FMCSA compliance and audit-ready documentation
- Prepare annual fleet budget; submit monthly cost reports
- Monitor Netradyne alerts, fuel card systems, and expense controls
- Ensures delivery vehicles are loaded and operated in compliance with all safety standards.
- Ensures Drivers are routed effectively to meet planned and unplanned delivery commitments.
- Ensures vehicle fleet is properly maintained.
- Minimizes turn-around times through direct supervision of Drivers.
- Works with Warehouse Manager to ensure seamless integration of Delivery and Warehouse operations and proper inventory controls.
Basic Requirements
- Past DSP Fleet Dispatch experience a plus!
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must hold a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
- Must be able to lift packages up to 50 lbs.
- Must be comfortable entering and exiting a delivery van throughout the day.
- Must be comfortable working in various weather conditions.
