We are seeking a reliable and experienced Service Route Driver to join our team. This role involves delivering goods efficiently and safely to various customer locations while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial driving, warehouse operations, and route driving, with the ability to handle heavy loads and operate various equipment. Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks and other commercial vehicles for route deliveries
- Load and unload products using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling as required
- Drive assigned routes efficiently, adhering to schedules and traffic laws
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns
- Assist with warehouse tasks such as inventory management and stock organization
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
Skills
- Proven experience in delivery driving, courier services, or route driving roles
- Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (preferred)
- Experience with heavy lifting, moving, and handling large or bulky items
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; <PERSON> driver license preferred
- Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles (preferred)
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to commercial driving and warehouse operations
- Excellent navigation skills and familiarity with route planning software (nice-to-have)
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing schedules

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
