Hey everyone — we’re looking for a strong Assistant Kitchen Manager to join the team at Schooner Wharf Bar.
We need someone who can lead a fast-paced kitchen, keep the crew organized, maintain quality and cleanliness, and handle the pressure of a busy service while keeping good energy with the team.
What we’re looking for:
Kitchen leadership experience
Strong line and prep knowledge
Ability to manage inventory, prep, and kitchen flow
Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
Experience in high-volume kitchens is a big plus
