We're seeking a fully licensed therapist to provide individual therapy services to children and adolescents through our growing school-based behavioral health program in the East Valley.

As a School-Based Therapist, you'll provide direct clinical services to children and adolescents while managing your own caseload from intake through discharge.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing individual therapy to children and adolescents (ages 5–17)

Conducting clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations

Developing and managing individualized treatment plans

Monitoring client progress and adjusting interventions as needed

Collaborating with caregivers, school staff, and treatment team members

Participating in the intake process and identifying appropriate services

Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation

Providing crisis intervention and support when necessary

Participating in team meetings and ongoing professional development
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field

Equivalent independent clinical license

Ability to independently assess, diagnose, and treat behavioral health conditions

Strong communication, documentation, and clinical decision-making skills
- Experience working with children and adolescents

School-based, community-based, or outpatient therapy experience

Familiarity with evidence-based modalities such as:

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Expressive Arts Therapy

Other evidence-based treatment approaches

Experience developing treatment plans and conducting behavioral assessments
Focus on helping children and adolescents overcome challenges and build lifelong skills.
Provide therapy where students spend much of their day, helping remove barriers to care and improving access for families.
