Schedule: 36 Hours/Week | 3 x 12-Hour Night Shifts
Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Pay Rate: $50–$54/hour (W2)
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility in Gunnison, CO. The RN will provide high-quality nursing care, supervise daily nursing activities, and ensure residents receive compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care setting.
- Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise nursing staff and support patient care activities.
- Respond promptly to changes in residents' health status.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Promote a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
Requirements
- Active Colorado RN License (or Compact License, if applicable).
- Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred.
- Current BLS Certification.
- Colorado Adult Protective Services (CAPS) background check required.
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
Pay: $50.00 - $54.00 per hour
