Duties
- Develop detailed project plan including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation using construction management software such as sage 100, monday.com, drop box..
- Coordinate and oversee all phases of remodeling projects from initial design schematics to final walkthrough.
- Client communication a must.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure project specifications are met accurately,
- Manage project timelines through effective project scheduling and time management techniques.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate clear communication and project coordination. daily job logs.
- Monitor construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality expectations.
- Utilize tools like Sage 100, monday.com, Construction management software for documentation, tracking progress, and reporting.
- Prepare and review construction documents, change orders, and contracts to control costs and scope changes.
- Address project issues proactively by troubleshooting problems related to scheduling delays or resource shortages, problem solver.

Requirements
- CSL a must
- 10 years min in residential pm
- Proven experience in construction management or project coordination within remodeling or general contracting environments.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software including.
- sage 100, monda.com, drop box smart draw, and other construction management tools.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and contract administration.
- Excellent project scheduling skills with a focus on time management to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately for project execution.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing construction sites safely while maintaining quality standards.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, teams, and stakeholders, keeping upfront a happy client.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
