The Village of Pemberville is continuing to seek a detail oriented Utility Clerk with strong collections experience to manage utility billing, enforce shut-off policies, and ensure compliance with village ordinances and Ohio state requirements. The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 2-3 years of collections experience, demonstrates consistent follow through on delinquent accounts, and is comfortable handling difficult customer conversations.
