We are professional, agile, rewarding and our goal is to help staff SLP/SLPA's in the Colorado springs area with a job they truly enjoy. We are a small local staffing agency started right here in CO! This is a 1099 independent contractor position either full time or part time

Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments to determine speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
- Provide speech therapy services to patients with various communication disorders
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Monitor and track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on speech therapy techniques and strategies
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Qualifications SLP/SLPA:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist/SLPA
- Experience in case management and working with diverse patient populations, and pediatrics
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
