Role Overview:
As a Caregiver (Flexible Hours) at FirstLight Home Care, you will be responsible for providing compassionate home care to our clients, ensuring they enjoy their best day, every day. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with families and healthcare professionals to deliver the support our clients need. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you’ll have the flexibility to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others while being part of a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, toileting, and mobility support.

Provide companionship and conversation to enhance clients' emotional well-being.

Offer medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed schedules.

Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.

Transport clients to appointments or social activities as needed.
Qualifications:
You're a great fit if you have the following skills.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with clients.

Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and families.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Previous experience in home care or related fields is a plus.
Bonus If You:
- Have CPR and First Aid certification.

Are bilingual or have experience with diverse populations.

Hold a relevant certification, such as a CNA or HHA.
Employment Type & Availability:
This position is offered as Full-Time or Part-Time with flexible hours, available Monday through Sunday.
Location:
This position is on-site only, located in Folkston, Georgia.
