Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Hotel Maintenance Engineer to ensure the seamless operation and upkeep of our hotel facilities. Duties
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical wiring, and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues related to heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC/R), hydraulics, electrical systems (including high voltage and low voltage), and mechanical components using schematics and precision measuring instruments.
- Conduct field service tasks including replacing light bulbs, toilet seats, faucets , or other critical components in guest rooms and general spaces.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards related to high voltage electrical work, industrial electrician practices, and general maintenance procedures.
- Assist in repairs or urgent maintenance requests promptly to minimize guest disruption.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance within manufacturing facilities or similar environments; hotel experience is a plus.
- Excellent analysis skills combined with customer service orientation to address guest needs effectively.
- Field service experience in manufacturing or industrial settings is highly desirable; military background in technical roles is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills in English for clear documentation and team collaboration.
