Work Local. Fix Fast. Own the Repairs.
At Tukee Pools, we don't just clean pools — we build professionals. We're a fast-growing, family-operated company built on integrity, mentorship, and high standards, proudly serving only Ahwatukee — our neighborhood (hence "Tukee" Pools).
About Tukee Pools
We're not your average pool company. Because we focus exclusively on this one small geographic area, our team spends less time driving and more time doing great work. We're a high-performing crew with a simple mission: deliver exceptional pool service and repair with integrity, skill, and care. We more than tripled revenue in 2025 and expect to double again in 2026 — that growth means real opportunity for the right people.
The Role
We're hiring our first dedicated Repair Technician — someone who already knows this trade cold and is ready to own it from day one.
This isn't a training role. You'll come in with real hands-on repair experience — pumps, motors, filters, salt cells, automation systems, valves, plumbing, and electrical — and go straight to work diagnosing and fixing problems across our Ahwatukee routes, with minimal oversight. Our service technicians will flag issues in the field; you're the one who shows up, sizes up the problem, and gets it fixed right the first time.
You'll work closely with our ownership team to get fully onboarded into how we operate and what we stand for, then you'll be trusted to run your own day. We're not looking to train someone into this skillset. We're looking for someone whose skillset we can plug straight into our culture.
What you'll actually do:
- Diagnose and repair pool equipment: pumps, motors, filters, heaters, salt chlorine generators, automation/control systems, and plumbing
- Troubleshoot issues with plumbing, electrical, pump priming, green pools, cleaning systems, and more
- Replace and upgrade equipment (Pentair, Hayward, and similar brands)
- Read and work from job notes and diagnostics logged by our service technicians in the field
- Communicate directly and professionally with homeowners about what's wrong, what it'll take to fix it, and what it'll cost
- Keep your truck, tools, and parts inventory organized and ready to go
- Represent Tukee Pools' standards — no cut corners, no shortcuts — on every job
What We Provide
- Company truck and professional-grade tools
- Parts and supplies through our established supplier relationships
- Full onboarding into our systems, standards, and culture (not a training program — a ramp-up)
- 10% commission on billed repair labor, on top of base pay
- A real path forward as we grow — into senior repair, field management, or beyond
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience repairing residential pool equipment — you should already be comfortable walking up to a broken system and figuring out what's wrong without someone walking you through it
- Strong working knowledge of pumps, motors, filtration, salt chlorine generators, and pool automation
- Comfortable with plumbing and electrical work related to pool equipment
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Someone who thrives working independently, in the Arizona heat and cold, without needing constant check-ins
- Above all: culture fit. We want someone who takes pride in doing the job right even when no one's watching, communicates like a professional with homeowners, and holds themselves to the same standard we hold ourselves to. Skill gets you in the door — integrity is what keeps you here.
- A-players. If you do the job right every time
Why Tukee Pools
