Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Accurately process orders using the restaurant's point-of-sale system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation.
- Monitor tables to ensure guest satisfaction and address any needs or concerns.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
Skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing orders effectively.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently serve multiple tables simultaneously.
- Ability to sanitize work areas and adhere to food safety guidelines.
- Experience in food preparation or handling is beneficial but not required.
Pay
- Pay is $16.90 an hour + tips.
- Tips are shared among staff.
