Job purpose
The Rewind/Inspector position is the final step in the production process to ensure the product is produced and packaged to align with both the customer and Maxim standard requirements.
Duties and responsibilities
REWIND/INSPECTOR
- Review print quality to make sure it meets Maxim and customer and industry standards.
- Ensure final product color matching is to customer’s specifications and expectations.
- Ensure the rewind direction and quantity per roll of final product meets customer’s requirements for end use.
- Boxing of product to minimize and alleviate damage during transit.
- Enhance customer receiving process by making sure boxes are labelled with sample of product and quantity to be received.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail is a must.
- Possess and utilizes a strong sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines with efficiency.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take give and/or take detailed direction to effectively execute on deliverables.
- Ability manage and allocate resources to ensure on time delivery of both projects and products.
- Ability to sit/stand 8+ hours per day
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

This position is an In-Factory working position
Hours
This is a 2nd Shift hourly Full-time position requiring 40+ hours per week.
Shift Differential
2nd Shift differential is $1.50/hour.
