Lumora Industries, Inc. is excited to add a Cellular Sales Associate to our growing team supporting lead wireless services and connectivity in the Stockton area. This opportunity is for individuals who enjoy connecting with people, staying engaged throughout the day, and developing valuable skills in sales, customer service, and account management.
As a Cellular Sales Associate, you will work directly with customers in a face-to-face environment to introduce wireless products, explain service options, and help customers find solutions that fit their communication needs. This role provides hands-on experience in customer acquisition, wireless enrollments, account support, and relationship building while working in a productive, team-oriented setting.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Engage with customers to introduce wireless services, phone plans, device options, and current promotions
- Learn customer needs and recommend solutions that align with their preferences and lifestyle
- Assist customers through the enrollment process, including account setup, activations, and service updates
- Provide clear information about wireless products, pricing, features, and available offers
- Build strong customer relationships through professional and personalized interactions
- Maintain accurate customer information and support smooth account management processes
- Stay organized while managing multiple customer conversations and enrollment activities
- Work toward individual and team goals by contributing to customer growth and campaign success
- Stay informed on wireless products, promotions, and industry updates

- Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or wireless services is a plus but not required

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
