We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator / TikTok LIVE Host to help organize our social media process, keep content projects moving, and host TikTok LIVE sessions.
This role is not mainly about filming, editing, or executing all of the content. The main focus is coordination.
We need someone who can help organize ideas, create task lists, manage schedules, follow up with the team, and make sure social media projects don’t fall through the cracks.
This person will also be actively involved in TikTok LIVE sessions as a host. They should be comfortable being on camera, interacting with viewers, helping present products or content, and keeping the livestream engaging.
This is a hybrid role based in the Commerce Township area. Some work can be done remotely, but in-person availability will be needed for TikTok LIVE sessions, meetings, planning, and occasional content-related projects.
Responsibilities:
- Host TikTok LIVE sessions and represent the brand on camera
- Help plan TikTok LIVE schedules, talking points, products, and live flow
- Coordinate social media content calendars and posting schedules
- Turn content ideas into clear tasks for the team to execute
- Organize weekly content priorities and task lists
- Follow up on ideas, deadlines, and projects so nothing gets missed
- Keep multiple social media projects organized and moving
- Track trends, viral formats, and content opportunities
- Help monitor analytics and identify what content is working
- Reach out to creators, influencers, and potential collaborators when needed
- Assist with comments, community engagement, and platform management when needed
- Communicate clearly with the team and stay on top of deadlines without needing constant

Qualifications:
- Experience with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, or short-form social media
- Comfortable being on camera and hosting TikTok LIVE sessions
- Strong organization and follow-up skills
- Ability to turn content ideas into clear tasks for the team
- Comfortable managing calendars, schedules, and weekly task lists
- Good communication skills and able to keep team members updated
- Able to manage multiple projects at once without needing constant direction
- Basic understanding of social media trends, hooks, and what makes content perform
- Comfortable interacting with viewers, answering questions, and keeping a livestream engaging
- Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Able to work hybrid in the Commerce Township, MI area
- Available 5 days per week and able to start ASAP
- Preferred, But Not Required:
- TikTok LIVE or TikTok Shop LIVE experience
- Experience hosting livestreams or selling products live
- Experience with creator or influencer outreach
- Experience using Google Sheets, Notion, Trello, Asana, Buffer, Later, or similar tools
- Experience with ecommerce, apparel, costumes, entertainment, or viral content
- Basic Canva, CapCut, or video editing knowledge
Compensation & Schedule:
This is a part-time hybrid position offering 15–30 hours per week, scheduled across 5 days per week. Pay is $25–$30 per hour depending on experience.
