A locally owned commercial General Contracting company Located in Mount Pleasant, SC( greater Charleston, SC area) is seeking to fill a Project Superintendent position. The candidates work history should include experience with the following project types: office, retail ,manufacturing, warehouse/distribution, healthcare, education, institutional and public works projects .
The superintendent position provides:
On-site field administration/supervision and technical management for all construction operations, including direct supervision of subcontractors and other construction related personnel. The Superintendent is responsible for directing all personnel in planning, coordination and execution of the work including; safety requirements, schedule and budget management.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Seven (7) to ten (10) years of construction experience.
- Possess an OSHA 30 , First Aid and CPR certifications.
- Proficient in Suretrak scheduling and Plan Grid software
- Strong communication skills.
- Willing and able to work on an active jobsite in a variety of weather conditions while ensuring project and employer requirements are met .
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
