Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient treatment plans by collaborating with healthcare providers and ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Verify insurance coverage, process health insurance claims, and follow up on unpaid or denied claims to optimize revenue cycle management.
- Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems for efficient documentation, billing, and coding activities.
- Manage medical records with strict adherence to confidentiality standards while ensuring all documentation aligns with medical coding and billing requirements.
- Assist patients with understanding their insurance benefits, co-payments, and payment options related to their treatment plans.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of health insurance claim processing procedures, third-party billing practices, and revenue cycle management strategies to support the financial health of the practice.

- experience with taking panoramic xrays as well as lateral ceph x-ray and photos for dental record purposes
