At Woodlake Healthcare we are seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The Nursing Assistant will provide direct patient care and support healthcare professionals in various medical settings.
Duties
- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Take and record vital signs accurately
- Provide aseptic technique during procedures
- Assist in the transport of patients within the facility
- Maintain a clean and organized patient environment
- Handle medical records and documentation efficiently Requirements
- Experience working with children in a healthcare setting is preferred
- Ability to lift and move patients when necessary
- Familiarity with acute care practices and hospital medicine
- Proficiency in maintaining medical records accurately
