Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate diverse teams, manage complex schedules, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Duties
- Lead project planning efforts, including developing detailed schedules utilizing construction management software.
- Coordinate with engineers and clients to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.
- Monitor construction site activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards, schematics, blueprints, and specifications.
- Utilize tools such as Adobe Acrobat, ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and Primavera to track progress, update schedules, and manage documentation.
- Conduct quality inspections, assess progress, resolve issues promptly, and maintain effective communication amongst all parties involved.
- Manage project documentation including change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and progress reports.
Skills
- Proven experience in construction management with strong knowledge of project scheduling and site coordination.
- Proficiency in construction estimating software and heavy civil or general construction project management tools such as Adobe Acrobat, ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics, accurately.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of construction site safety protocols and compliance standards.
- Effective communicator with the ability to lead teams and facilitate collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with construction site experience including site logistics planning and managing employees. Pay: $1,100.00 - $1,300.00 per week
