About the Role
We are looking for a Bilingual Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves handling patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced call center environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, patient-focused, and thrives under performance-based goals.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide support and solutions for patient inquiries and concerns
- Accurately document all patient interactions in the system
- Follow call center scripts, workflows, and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets
Requirements
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (Required)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in:
- Customer service
- Basic computer skills (Windows, typing, data entry)
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous call center experience in a dental or medical setting
- Familiarity with patient scheduling / Customer handling
Schedule
- Monday to Friday between: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Alternate Saturdays
