We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Gastroenterology practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient-centered care while working collaboratively with physicians.
The provider will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, providing education coordinating care, and maintaining accurate and timely medical documentation.
Perform comprehensive patient histories and physical examinations. Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions within the scope of practice. Develop and implement individualized treatment and care plans. Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory studies. Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with applicable laws and clinical guidelines. Provide patient education regarding diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, and preventive care. Coordinate referrals to specialists when appropriate. Document patient encounters in a timely manner in the electronic medical record. Maintain professional standards, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable healthcare regulations.
Pay: $115,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
