Purpose of the Role
As a Wingstop Cashier, you're often the first and last person a guest sees and your energy sets the tone. You’ll take accurate orders, serve them with a smile, and help create an experience guests won’t forget. From phone orders to walk-ins, you’ll be the face of our brand and a key part of our mission to Serve the World Flavor.
What You’ll Be Doing
Guest Experience

Greet every guest with a warm welcome (within 3–5 seconds)

Take accurate in-person and phone orders

Provide quick, friendly, and professional service

Operations & Compliance

Follow all cash handling and POS procedures accurately

Open and/or close the front of house properly and securely

Stay up to date on menu and procedural changes

Help keep the restaurant clean, stocked, and guest-ready
