Location: Janesville or Madison, WI
As a Youth Education Navigator, you'll work directly with high school-aged youth and their families to increase educational engagement, support high school completion, and connect participants with resources that promote long-term success. You'll serve as a mentor, advocate, and guide—helping youth navigate challenges, discover opportunities, and stay on track toward their educational and career goals.

Build meaningful relationships with youth who may be at risk of not completing high school.

Help students identify educational and career goals and create plans to achieve them.

Provide mentoring, encouragement, and guidance to improve school engagement and attendance.

Connect youth and families with supportive services, community resources, and educational opportunities.

Partner with schools, training providers, community organizations, and employers to expand opportunities for youth.

Support youth in developing life skills, financial literacy, problem-solving abilities, and confidence.

Coordinate with families and case managers to ensure students receive the support they need to succeed.
Competitive starting wage: $25.56 per hour

Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience in education, youth development, tutoring, mentoring, career counseling, instructional support, social services, or a related field.

Ability to connect with and motivate youth from diverse backgrounds.

Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
