OPEN POSITIONS:
SERVER / EXPO
We need someone who is:
· Organized
· Loves working at various difference paces
· Detail Oriented
You'll:
· Oversees plating and ensures that dishes meet presentation standards before they reach the customer.
· Manage the timing and flow of food from the kitchen to the dining area, ensuring that meals are delivered promptly.
· Act as the last checkpoint for accuracy and presentation, making sure that orders are correct before they leave the kitchen.
· Serve as an intermediary between customers and kitchen staff, playing a significant role in customer satisfaction.
· Coordinate food preparation and delivery, ensuring efficient communication between the front and back of the house.
LINE COOK
We need someone who:
· Excels in high-volume kitchens
· Maintains quality under pressure
· Adapts to menu changes
You'll:
· Prepare dishes with fresh ingredients
· Ensure timely meal preparation
· Maintain clean workstations

PREP COOK
