Sushiya is looking for a experienced full-time Sushi Chef.
Requirements:
-Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Sushi Chef in a professional kitchen
-Strong knowledge of traditional Japanese sushi preparation and food safety standards
-Ability to prepare nigiri, sashimi, maki, and specialty rolls with consistency
-Excellent knife skills and attention to detail
-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
-Knowledge of ingredient handling, seafood freshness evaluation, and inventory management
-Strong communication and teamwork skills -Must follow health, sanitation, and safety guidelines
- Must be at least 21 years old.
