Peoplelink Staffing, in partnership with a leading manufacturing company in the Pottstown, PA area, is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to join their team!
Pay: $18 – $20/hr (DOE)
Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Manage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies
Operate overhead crane and forklift to unload and load materials
Collaborate with logistics technicians, customer service reps, and drivers
Track, trace, and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments
Maintain a clean and organized shipping/receiving area
Accurately scan, inventory, and count materials
Provide support to the warehouse and logistics team as needed
Engage vendors and drivers with a professional and positive attitude
Overhead crane experience is REQUIRED
6+ months of experience in shipping/receiving, logistics, or warehouse work
Forklift certification (or willing to obtain within 90 days)
Ability to scan, sort, receive, stock, pull, pack, and load materials
Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
Reliable, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or GED
Familiarity with RF scanners preferred
