AT&T Account Associate Role Responsibilities
- Sell AT&T wireless devices directly to business customers in a customer-facing setting
- Consult clients on AT&T internet and VOIP solutions that fit their operations
- Deliver clear, professional product explanations and demos
- Build and maintain long-term B2B client relationships
- Drive retention through follow-ups and account support
- Track sales activity, pipeline progress, and client outcomes
- Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies
