Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using processing transactions efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, maintaining high standards of presentation and food safety.
- Manage beverage service including spirits experience, drink preparation, and cocktail crafting to delight guests’ palates.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food handling protocols.
- Support guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Assist with food preparation tasks when needed and uphold food safety standards at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy hours.
Experience
- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred.
- Culinary experience or knowledge of food industry standards enhances your ability to serve confidently.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Experience in serving or host/hostess roles demonstrates guest relations skills essential for this position.
- Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing sales effectively.
