Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic, organized, and motivated ABA Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about supporting children, families, and clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate schedules between Behavior Therapists and client families based on authorized hours, location, and availability.
- Utilize NPAWorks scheduling software to manage client and staff schedules.
- Maximize staff productivity and schedule efficiency while minimizing drive time.
- Support client satisfaction by helping ensure fulfillment of authorized therapy hours.
- Track and monitor clients awaiting service initiation.
- Communicate accurately and promptly with families regarding service start dates and scheduling updates.
- Maintain and adjust schedules as staff and family availability changes.
- Coordinate shadowing and training schedules for new Behavior Therapists.
- Ensure staff schedules comply with company policies and operational requirements.
Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
Experience & Skills
- Previous scheduling, staffing, or coordination experience required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other computer systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Language Requirement
- Fluent Spanish speaking required.
Compensation & Schedule
- $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (depending on experience)
- Full-Time Position
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
