Responsibilities:
- Handle case files in litigation, Conduct research to support legal proceedings
- Assist with the drafting and reviewing of interrogatories and discovery
- Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes
- Schedule depositions and hearings
- Prepare cases for depositions, mediation and trial
- Scheduling of appointments, depositions, mediation and trials
- E-filing on state and federal sites
- Professional communication skills to converse with Judges Office, Opposing Counsel and Client
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field
- Familiarity with legal research
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, individually and as part of a team
