Bartender – Cattlemens Restaurants

As a Bartender, you’ll be a key part of delivering the energy and service that keeps guests coming back.
What You’ll Do

Prepare and serve high-quality beverages according to Cattlemens recipes and standards.

Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to bar guests and dining room service staff.

Maintain strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktail preparation.

Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with all safety regulations.

Accurately handle cash, payments, and bar transactions.

Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.

Use sales and merchandising techniques to enhance the guest experience.

Support servers and team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
What We’re Looking For

Previous bartending experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant preferred.

Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and service standards.

Excellent communication and guest service skills.

Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.

Team-oriented mindset with a positive, professional attitude.
Certifications & Compliance

Must possess a valid California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification prior to serving alcohol.

Must maintain compliance with all state and local alcohol service laws and regulations.
