We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Senior Project Managers, you will play a crucial role in managing construction projects from inception to completion. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work alongside talented professionals while ensuring projects are executed on time and within budget.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Project Coordinators and Project Engineers to perform various tasks effectively.

Assist the estimating team with bidding processes.

Create and update project schedules with input from the project team.

Attend and actively participate in both internal and external project meetings. Coordinate with Senior Project Managers, Operations Manager, and General Superintendents to ensure adequate project staffing.

Work closely with Operations Manager and General Superintendent to ensure projects are completed under budget and on schedule.

Assign subcontracts and purchase orders as necessary.

Submit monthly pay applications to the project owner.

Ensure product data submissions are completed and approved.

Initiate and manage correspondence with the project owner and engineer.

Oversee change orders and claims management.

Submit permit requests to the Project Coordinator.

1-4 years of experience in heavy civil construction preferred.

Proficiency in Office 365.

Strong management skills and the ability to receive direction effectively.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge of SAGE Intacct & HCSS is a plus.
