About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced IT Support Technician to join our Managed IT Services team. This role is client-facing, supporting public sector clients across Los Angeles County. You’ll handle both onsite and remote support, serving as a trusted resource for clients and a key member of our internal team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide responsive technical support for Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure software and business applications
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies in Active Directory
- Support Office 365, cloud applications, and backup systems
- Configure and maintain firewalls, printers, and Wi-Fi networks
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, escalating complex issues as needed
- Maintain clear documentation of service activities, parts used, and time spent
- Deliver exceptional customer service and represent IBE Digital professionally at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience providing end-user IT support (onsite and remote)
- Strong knowledge of Windows environments and core Microsoft technologies
- Working knowledge of network fundamentals, VoIP systems, and firewalls
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Must have a reliable vehicle for travel to client sites (mileage reimbursed)
- Must reside in Los Angeles or Orange County
Preferred
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications
