Sales Professional - Staffing Industry
WFQ Inc. is a quality assurance and staffing provider in the North American Marketplace dedicated to providing industry leading, value-added services and solutions.
We are looking for a Sales Professional for the Metro Detroit area. This individual will be responsible for generating new business, and maintaining and developing existing accounts. The right person will have proven success in outside sales roles with the staffing industry.
Key responsibilities:
- The Sales Professional will provide customer service to current clients to expand existing business.
- Will be able to prospect and make cold calls - both in person and on the phone.
- Provide superior customer support, propose solutions, overcome objections and respond to customer needs with a "customer first" mentality.
- Develop and execute market growth strategies and project strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Market qualification/pre-call planning.
- Prospect and develop new accounts.
- Visit, participate and follow up on
- Meet and exceed provide sales objectives/quotas.
- Determine needs of the client.
- Closing/follow-up and continued communication to get engrained and grow business.
- This is an outside sales position, traveling within the metro Detroit area.
- Must be a self starter requiring minimal direction.
- Good communication skills
- Must be outgoing, upbeat and positive
- Goal oriented and assertive
- Familiar with Microsoft Outlook
Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
