Job Summary
Culver Plastic Surgery is seeking a friendly, responsible, and motivated receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of experience working in a plastic surgery practice, medspa, or dermatology office, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care. The receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for our patients, creating a warm and welcoming environment. This role includes managing front desk operations, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, and supporting the clinical and administrative team as needed. The right candidate must be professional, detail-oriented, dependable, and willing to assist in all front desk duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly, assist with check-in and out process, and direct them appropriately
- Manage phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring clear communication
- Handle incoming calls, answer inquiries, and transfer calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette
- Schedule follow up appointments/ consults for the doctor, nurses and injector.
- Utilize computer skills within Google drive and other software to support daily operations
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors as needed
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience as a front desk receptionist in a plastic surgery office, medspa, or dermatology practice
- Professional and well-groomed appearance
- Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Computer savvy with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Friendly, positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Willing to go above and beyond to provide outstanding patient care
- Team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to assist in all front desk duties

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
